Any of the books by "Suzanne Sommers", I eat, and feel much better now, I lost 70 Lbs in 6 months, I used to think that she was just a "DINGY BLOND" character (o.k., I got wood from watching her) but, she's REALLY one smart cookie !

hi, some songs have definetly had an effect on me. i dont think they changed me, but more like i agreed with the song.like it was about me or my life. dont let these things influence you to much.some songs by rob thomas,matchbox20,,are my favourites..
