You didn't specify if it is for a girl or a boy. For a girl, I suggest Barbies, Bratz dolls, My Little Pony, and Care Bears. For a boy, I suggest Pirates of The Carri bean toys, cars, toy guns, Lego's, and PlayStation games.

kids love making things so I would suggest a craft kit or a model kit, and as with many kids these days they have too many toys so something that appeals to their creative side would be a great start, otherwise try for something they can play with outdoors, a good quality ball or a tennis raquet, get them moving. And exploring, bug catchers, butterfly nets, or a toy set of soccer goals ( you can get some good cheap ones) a frisbee? Boomerang? Or a board game like twister or monopoly, pictionary? Hope this helps a little

well being as it was an airsoft pistol, not much you could do.. but obviously he is your ex for a reason huh... what he should have done, I mean I plan on introducing my kids to guns at a young age (I am 19, currently no children) but the propper safeties apply and all that.. so, what he should have done was not left him alone (we could agree on this) and maybe taught him a little bit about safety of 'point your gun in a safe direction, don't shoot people or yourself etc.' and your kid should have put a lil thought into the fact that it fires a projectile out of it.. so.. just saying a lil common sense goes a long way..

Dalek remote control one! Tardis pencil box. Rubber ball. Sucker dart gun like Nerf. I am guessing by the spelling of color your from the uk so I threw in some UK stuff. but I figure all boys around the world love balls and yo yos and that silly stuff you buy for a small amount at the store.

if it's a boy, buy him a soccer ball, or nerf.
if it's a girl, get her some doll, or if she doesn't like dolls... not sure.
in either case, a coloring book, a real book can't go wrong.
