I answered this in your other post. Add 20 to the women's size to get the man's size.

If you really want to be accurate, measure your waist with a tape measure. If you don't have one, use a string, then hold it up to a ruler or yardstick to get the inches.

Men's pants also have inseams, which is the length from your crotch to your ankle.

If you have a tape measure lying around just measure around your low waist, the inches should give your waist measurement. That should give you a rough idea of what your size is in men's & women's pants. Ultimately & sadly you'll just have to go to the store & try some pants on. Every manufacturer makes different things in different sizes & these days there's lots of 'vanity sizing' (the clothing is marked a smaller size). Even if you buy your pants from the same manufacturer every piece of clothing is slightly different from the other, even if it's the same style or cut.
