At school?

Impoverished schools are forced to focus more on the basics. They don't have funding for scientific experiments or equipment, for field trips, or for music and art programs.

That's one reason why poverty is a cycle--the poor kids go to the poor school, where they get a sub-par education, which puts them behind in the job market, so they get a low-paying job, so they're poor.

How to think big, and indirectly, due to their parents actions, how not to reside in fear or insecurity when in thoughts of going about creating one's well-being.

Slightly how stage fright inhibits one from delivering a proper performance during a play, fear of insecurity stifles one's movements and creative energy in life. This destroys their capability for reaching their full potential. And thus leaves them with mediocrity or poverty. While in the latter, miracles will be made.
