The most effective, straightforward thing to do is to pull her aside, as politely as possible and tell her that she has a bad odor. Maybe she will appreciate someone telling her. But if you are not that close to her, then I would recommend you give her a perfume of Christmas. Maybe she will get the hint. But if you do not want to buy something and think that will not be effective, the best thing to do is let her know. You can even say "Hey, what's that smell??" And hopefully she will pick on, do it in a joking, many fun kind of way if you are close to her like that and she will not find offense. It all depends on the person. Some people are more sensitive than others, But that is not your problem, you just need to get her to shower more and use deodorant, or perfume, since it is your space and bad smells STINK!! (sorry there really isn't a way of not offending someone, just be as kind as possible)

Someone must really talk to you about water....
No really, you should try and leave hints like "geez its hot in here. thank god i had a shower this morning". or during a brake say u wil be late for 5-10 minutes cause you want to make a run for the nearest grocery store and buy some deodorant. You wont have enough time later cause you have so many things to do. And smile. You can gasp for breath later...

If you have a suggestion box at work, then put a note in it and ask that someone talk to her. You can don't have to sign it with your name. You can also speak or leave a note for a supervisor and they can speak to your co-worker.

Tell your managment about this it is there responsibility. Because if you say something to her she may take it wrong and report you and you get fired for sexual harrassment with a restraining order. Let your boss deal with it, its not your prob.

Talk to her...Tell her that you don't want to make her feel bad but, she has in odor and its not good. That you want to tell her before someone tells her in a rude way. and see what she tells you after that. maybe she has a medical condition and she can talk to her doctor about it. Be nice about it show her that you care.
