Of course "IGNOU" is best coz its curriculum is most advanced and updated apart from rated highly by the corporate world.

Duke or Thunderbird. Both are very well respected, brick-and-mortar MBA programs which are also offered online. In addition to those, other respected schools that offer their MBA online are:
Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute
UMass Amherst
University of Maryland
Babson College
Carnegie Mellon
When you look at schools offering the MBA, even online, you want to make sure that it's AACSB accredited. There's lot of types of accreditation out there, and a school can have one of those other types and call themselves "accredited", but it's the AACSB accreditation that's the gold standard.
