Hmm, how could this happen so late. Im pretty tall already(5'10 or 5'11) does height have much to do with puberty?

Your puberty actually probably started a few years ago, with males the onset is usually somewhere around 13-14. The first noticeable sign is the changing of the voice, and the appearance of pubic hair. Physical change and development continue for another 6 years or so, with a male reaching his final adult height at around 21-22. Your current physcial changes are due to increased testosterone production, and although it is not the earliest date on record, it's still well within the normal range. Depending on your genetic heritage, you may not reach your mature physical build for another 3-4 years. Most teen males are not noted for well defined muscle development, nor facial hair growth until their later teens. Men entering the military have often not shaved more than once or twice a week before, simply because they did not have sufficient beard growth to need to. You don't see many good mustaches or beards on young men of your age, because it just doesn't grow that well yet, and won't until you are likely in your mid to late 20's. While there are exceptions, there are not many. Caucasians of mediteranean decent tend to be the hairiest, Asians and Native Americans the least- and racial mixtures fall in between the two extremes. None of what you describe is unusual enough to raise concerns, though for your own peace of mind you could discuss it with a doctor. Although acne is associated with the teen years, there are plenty of adults who suffer breakouts well into their 30's. Pimples are not indicators of puberty, nor does their disappearance mean it's over. Yours is neither beginning, nor near ending, rather you are about mid-point in the process. Now that the internal changes have finished, you have just started putting on the finishing touches- things like the extra facial/chest hair, acne, and additional muscle mass. So relax, you are still normal, and unfortunately, still in puberty for a while.
