The inertview questions depend on the type of job and position you have applied for.But the FAQ's are:
•Why should we choose you over the others?
•What three positive things your ex – boss would say about you?
Why are you looking for a change?
•What salary are you expecting?
•If you were to be an animal, which one would you be?
•What are your weaknesses?
•Why should we hire you?
•Why do you want to work here?
•What are your goals?
•Why are you leaving (or left) your previous job?
•When were you most satisfied?
Tough questions are a part and parcel of all interviews. Do not panic. They are not meant to put you down but to understand your abilities. Read your resume carefully before attending the interview.
Do’s and Don’ts:
o Be honest and direct.
o Take time and answer with intelligence.
o Answer confidently
o Talk smart, not arrogant.
o Be positive.
Few things that the interviewers hate:
o Smells – Too much of a good smell can be bad.
o Communication – too little/too much
o Lack of focus.
o Averting your eyes.
o Slang.
o Instability.
o Casual attitude.
o Family saga – It will not earn you a job but will highlight only your weaknesses
Non Verbal Messages.
Non verbal communication talks about the person’s attitude, ability, interests and approach. They speak louder than verbal communication in an interview process.
The Handshake. A confident, comfortable person uses the hand shake as a positive nonverbal interaction. The hand shake should reflect your desire for a positive first interaction. A limp hand shake signals low confidence and low self-esteem. An excessively strong hand shake may show that the person is overly aggressive or trying to steamroll.
Your Posture. Slouchy posture speaks loudly about sloppy work and low self-esteem. Posture that enables an individual to take up the appropriate amount of space in the room tells you that the applicant is secure in his abilities. Sloppy posture gives the impression of low energy and carelessness. Pay attention! Sit up straight with you hands positioned comfortably. Do not fidget.
Remember, an interview process is not meant to put you down but to understand the abilities you have

Be as concise when answering questions. Not curt, but don't give a lot of detail they don't ask for. If they want more information, they will ask you.
Some of the common ones are:
Tell me about yourself
- Just give a brief overview of where you are (ie college graduate, just left another company etc) and what you are looking for.
What is your strength/weakness, may also be, tell me about a the XX project you worked on.
(Try to have 2-3 projects that you felt should your strengths or that you failed in but was able to improve afterwards):
-What was the project/ what happenned,
-Who was is involved
-How was it resolved, (shows your strength or if weakness)
-What was the result. (include what you learned, if this is a weakness how did you try to fix it later.)
Why do you want to work here
-You should go to the website and see if they have information about the careers their, so you know what they value, what you like about them, and how you fit their criteria. Also you can check and see if it is standard for them to give you a technicaly interview (may be oral or non-oral).
Why did you leave a previous position
Try to highlight the source of why you left. Try not be negative. It will esp. help if you know the company you're dealing with doesn't have the same issues.
Do you have any questions for us (the company)?
You can ask about things important to you, so you can make sure the company is a good fit for you. Do NOT ask about money on the first interview. for example: work/life balance, what is changing in the company, if they have any advice, what they value the most in the company.
