No man is an island unto himself. We all need a friend, whether it is a mother, father, sister, husband, your grown child, a pastor, or another. It is not good to keep feelings bottled up and we all need a sounding board. I believe that is why the internet is doing so good. I have made many friends here and in the "real world". Choose your friends wisely, cultivate the relationship, friendship can be work, but it is worth it when you need a friend. Find someone you know you can spend a continuous 24 hours with without getting irritable in the least. For me, it is my sister and boyfriend.

Nobody "needs" a friend. The only person anyone needs is themselves.
