you have to save that person who loves you because there is not a lot of peoples who loves you really and truly.so in my opinion save them who loves you

If you help the one whom you love ..that will be being selfish in the narrow sense...as you are feeling happy to be loved by somebody..but if you save the one who is loving you..that will be a tribute or a service to that person for doing such a beautiful thing. So take decisions based on your way of thinking..or your preferences.

Funny man! one question for u.why don't u love the person who loves u very much?Again, why the other person doesn't love you? Resolve this first.if u don't have any contempt to the person who loves u and she is acceptable to u, save her. You will become a perfect match!Or if the other girl can love u for your goodness and understand your feelings,save her.And chances are there if u save her life she will also be grateful to you.All the Best :)

how can you save them if they are on their death bed...
You could save the one who loves you that way she can care for you, and you could also then be giving someone love by letting them have you but you sacrifice your own love
You could save your love and then be happy with her...but the person who loved you would be dead...what if the one you love then gives you are worst life..

This is a really tricky one i guess you should save both without the consequence. Fight til the end without thinking about your wn wellbeing try saving both of them there is no other way of looking at it.
