Well, if she's your neighbor, she probably would like to visit your wife. So, you could take her and get primed on the way up. Hopefully, she'll gag on you and tell you that you smell.
Seriously, last March I was in the hospital for a month and came very close to dying. When I awoke from my coma, the first face I saw was my husband's. He drove one hour every day to see my after he had worked a full day. I don't know if I would have made it sanely if it hadn't been for his love and support.

wife will be in hospital for a few weeks?, I see your problem, well, you could just do it with the neighbor in the backyard like a couple of dogs in heat, ya know, use the picnic table, that way you could just hose it off when ya get done. Well, ya could evem do it at her house, maybe her husband won't mind, heck maybe he'll even run the video cam for ya'll, that way the wifey could see when she recovers, but you gotta ask these important questions, who's gonna clean the house for the next few weeks, that why I wouldnt use your house, who's gonna wash the sheets when ya get done?

Do you love your wife? If so why are you considering cheating on her when she needs your support. Marriage is not just about sex, it is a commitment and a promise made to each other and in the eyes of God, "for better or worse, in sickness and health".
You will be committing adultery and this would be the cruelest form it could take.

Try to be honest to your wife. Invite your neighbor to your wife's hospital room and you both do it there. After the whole incident, let your wife decide what he thinks about you. Probably she will have a good ground to file for divorce and adultery.
