dont be limited by your personality trait of being an introvert. in choosing a course it should be of your interest and capability. entering into college will give you enough training for your academics as well as personality. so choose whatever you desire and have the goal also of developing yourself more. you can go to your school's guidance counselor for assistance. :)

Speech.. will help u overcome ur shyness or whatever.. drama will be good too but speech is better. I know introverts and extroverts in just about every field..so I don't think u can go by that.. The ? is this: what do u want to do fro 8-10 hours a day for the Rest of your life.. Do u just want a job what pays well or do u want a career that u enjoy.. Money is good but if u are miserable going to work, it's the wrong career. Go to the guidance office..they should have test u can take which will tell u what u would be best at.

You can take whatever courses that you want, provided you have the right grades. I suggest taking communications classes, as well as Public Speaking. This class would be perfect for someone who is introverted. Acting classes and speaking classes will help you interact with other students and maybe make a few new friends.

Try teaching. Many people who were once shy have become excellent teachers. During your courses you will have time to interact with others and your experience in the classroom will give you more confidence and you come out of your shell!

You should read some positive think books like I did when I was young and introverted.and apply the methods. I am a great salesman now and with positive thinking and having faith in myself this has made it possible for me to create a whole new me. I am so glad I read those books.you can do any ole thing you wont to if you have faith.

I would suggest taking a drama class and a public speaking class; but if you feel that personnality traits still block your choices, I woud also suggest that you seek professional help, e.g. tutors, academic advisors, counsellors, or even specialist doctors.
