I get verbally abused by my boyfriend every single day, I just wonder what I did to deserve that, how wrong can somebody be to deserve this kind of words and treatment every day? I'm not a bad person, I've never talked to him that way but he just won't stop, he keeps cursing me and saying the most terrible things for hours straight, the more I ask him to stop the more he says with a huge coldness and hatred in his voice, it seems that my tears and pain feed him and makes him say even more hurtful things. I'm devastated, it feels as if I'm dealing with two different guys at the same time, after abusing me verbally, the next morning he swears with tears in his eyes it won't happen again but not even 6 hours later he acts like a monster again and turns against me for no reason at all.
It´s been a terrible phase, he's been cursing me daily since new year's eve, but tonight was a particularly bad night, he told me that I should commit suicide so I would disappear from his life once and for all... and that he wishes he could curse me more but he runs out of bad words...How can someone's heart deal with this every day?
Sorry to bother you guys with stuff like this, I just wanted to share it with someone, nobody in my family or friends know what I'm going through.

I know this is very difficult, but you need to get out of the relationship. It is detrimental to your health (stress and anxiety are linked to many serious diseases) and in the long run he could become physically abusive. Someone who loves you should not treat that way...you deserve so much better. Please talk to a counselor or a women's crisis center as soon as possible. I know having no family makes it much more difficult to get out of a situation like this, but you can do it and you have to for your own sake. He won't change because people don't change that much. I will keep you in my prayers.

I have gone through verbal abuse that turned into mental abuse and then pysical abuse. You should get out of the relationship as fast as you can. It is hard to be strong, but us women are stronger than we think or allow ourselves to be. When my husband did this to me, I was down in bed unable to walk due to a car accident with a drunk driver. My husban at the time had never been abuse in any sense until then. He completely lost it and when he hit me I picked up the phone and called the police. I got an order of protection and never let him come back and divorced him. I did all this while being unable to walk or take care of myself. If I was able to do it then you can do it now. It will only get worse as time goes on and you don't want to put yourself in danger.

YES you should bring charges against him! There is never a justification for a man to hit (or throw) a woman. If the police can not keep him away long enough for you to gather your things, leave without them. Find a battered women's shelter (the police should be able to help you) and go there. Contact your parents for help. Deal with the rest from a safe distance. Do not let him talk you into coming back. You and your children deserve better.

It sounds like a nightmare that you need to get youself out of.
No one should have to deal with that sort of abuse.
And verbal and emotional abuse is actually worse than being hit and beaten.
His words will wear you down until you have lost who you are.

Even the fact that you said here "sorry to bother you guys with stuffl like this......" Shows that he is already starting to make you feel not of any value. He is slowing eating away at your self esteem.
He might be bipolar or very depressed. You CAN't stay with him.
He sounds down right scary. He needs lots of help. You need to rescue yourself.

Please get away from this man.

encourage him to get some counseling.

You get yourself to a safe place. Next time you have a bf please don't get one who is abusive. You deserve better.

What the Hell? I don't get why you are still in it. He pretty is much is trying to get you to leave. He can't get much clearer. Sounds like he might of met someone else. Or he is an abusive person. What ever the reason I think it's over and you need to open your eyes to see and go. No one should be treated the way you are being treated. Don't be a door mat. Oh my gosh, yall live together don't you? Go back home to your family and let it go. Please.

I lived with something similar for too long - get help
You do not deserve to be treated in this way
Get out of his space when he starts and stay with a friend.
You need to talk to an organisation that deals with friends and family of mental health sufferers Try your local hospital for contacts . They are more experieced counsellors than your friends or family and will be able to guide you .

Past behavior is good indicator of future behavior. It probably won't change. Get out while you can.
He could also have mental problems like Bipolar disorder. This type behavior is common with bipolar disorder (rapid cycler). Sweet, loving one minute, hateful the next. That is my wife who is bipolar. Life is a living hell. the emotional roller coaster they put you on will drive you insane, cause you depression. Either way you don't want to be there.

Oh yea their always sorry the next day! NOT! I think you need to go to a womens shelter in your area and stay away from him. Sounds like he may be on drugs and when he comes down he will be nice and when he's up he will be the meanest. Good Luck

I am being 'very' serious when I tell you he behaves like a
Psycopath.
Psycopathic people behave just like your bf.
What is really scarey though is, this type of behavior can
escalate into physical attacks, especially if you show 'any'
form of retaliation, basically standing up for yourself.
I 'STRONGLY' suggest you 'get away' from this guy NOW!!!!
How on earth can you call him your boyfriend, when he treats you like this. REAL boyfriends, who 'love' their girls don't do this.
Your guy 'IS' truly sick dearie, and there's nothing you can do to change 'his' problem.
You 'MUST' leave, unless you want to end up in worse shape than you're in right now, because you will if you stay..
