As an cleaning industry pro.

1. DO NOT put up pricing, why give your competitors that much info? Also, what happens if you raise prices in 6 months and someone pulls up an old flyer with the old rate?--your stuck.

2. Bonding is only needed if you have unsupervised, groups of employees. You do not need bonding for yourself,

3. You do need General Liability Insurance, at least $500,000 worth, should cost you around $400 to $500 a year for that policy.
That protects you and your customers against damage and accidents.

4. Flyer looks nice, add color, " eye appeal is buy appeal"

5. Offer a discount for anyone showing you the tear off slip on the first cleaning, say 10%?

6. See links below for more info, free help and tons of good stuff for cleaning business owners.

Are you bonded? First time housecleaner users are probably very concerned about dishonesty and...well, ask a liar if he's a liar. Bonding is like an insurance policy for your customers but it can be expensive.

Those who've used housekeeping in the past might be more interested in saving money. Have you thought about publishing what you charge?

The only improvement I can think of is if you can give references put that on the flyer .People would like to know that you are dependable and these days trustworthy. Good Luck!

Not bad, but it might be a good idea to give some sort of price range.

It's not bad, but I think that you need to add a little bit more color to it to attract people's attention.....
Just something that will catch their eyes......

It serves it's purpose, but I think you could use a logo.
