Any phone should give you the ability to access and use the internet. Which is best? I'd personally get a black berry if you are planning on using the internet for communication of any kind.

No. Ur model doesnt have a tracker. But if u want a tracker u can change ur sim. Some sim providers have mobile trackers enabled in their sim.
