That was Ace Steel (real name Chris Guy). He was in Ring of Honor. He, C.M. Punk and Colt Cabana had an awesome stable known as the Second City Saints. He also had a short run in TNA.

Yeah, Ace Steel also got his hair cut by a retard (someone will get that...). Anyway, I didn't recognize him at first, untill he made his crazy eyes! That was the only good part of that crapfest.
