Google was nominated for being the best Employer in America: Reasons: they believe the work environment should be fun and not stiff. They pay a fair salary to their employees,give benefits, perks and re-invest in their employees. Google made huge profits, have low turn over rates, low number of days employees call off. Do you think other employers can learn from them in being successful?

In psychological terms, they meet both the "hygiene" facotrs and the motivational factors. The second group of factors are due to good leadership - something harder to define.

a great employer who always takes care his employee welfare at all cost,not only his emplyee alone,but also his family.free education,free hospitalisation n free medical checkups,almost cover everything. it's really rare to get this indeed in this world.it's a dream,a god given job!
