I went on this website and it said I would have ovulated jan 4th, that same day at night right before I went to bed I started sweating, the next morning I got sick, and had a temp of 99. Could that could have been that I conceived?

intercourse on dec 31st. Ferile 1st-4th..said I would have ovulated on the 4th, when I started feeling sick.

Question is, did you have unprotected sex around the 4th?
And according to your other question you did on the 31st...soo it's possible. Wait and take a pregnancy test a couple days after you are supposed to have your next period. You'll find out then...otherwise go to the doctor.

it depends when you had intercourse - if you had intercourse on that night then yes it is totlly possible! i have heard about people having such quick symptoms - like as in the very next day their morning sickness starts etc. also it is very possible to fall preg a day before your ovulation so if you had sex around the 4th but not ON the 4th its possible. wait til you miss your period then take a test. congrats if you are!!!

I ran a low grade fever in the 99-100 range for almost the entire first trimester. My doc didn't know why. I did not have morning sickness though.

based on symptoms, you had a virus.
you may also be pregnant, if you had sex - but its too early for it to show any symptoms. Take a pregnancy test, thats the easiest way to know, or see your doctor if you are late next week.
