I have just installed the latest version and need immediate help on how-to do everything such as configs, etc. If you are using apache and have a site up and running with a www.example.com...then can someone please go step by step with me. Thanks in advance!

I don't think anyone will go step-by-step with you since the Apache documentation is of the best of all software. Give it a try. The experience will prove invaluable to you.

If you installed it, and started it, you can just start putting html files in the htdocs directory.
