i'm a novice sewer and want to adjust some of my comfy pants (due to a loss of weight). how may i do that? is there an easy step - will it work with all types of materials? (and please, i have yet to know all the sewing jargons so please speak in laymen's terms. THANKS!)

How much smaller do you need to make them. Just an inch or two is easy. Take a little tuck in the waistband on each side and that should do it.

take then in on each side of the pants
