I am moving out in a year(so in January 2008) from my parent's house to San Clemente. I was looking for a place/website where I could find a expense chart? Or some website that helps young adults get on their feet before moving out?

I can't provide a website, but all I can say is good luck. I've been out on my own for about 4 or 5 years now. It's not easy, but it is well worth it. As long as you know your limitations you will do fine. Have fun w/ your new found freedom!!!!

Congrats! Moving out is a big deal, but it's also not easy! I have enclosed a website for you, this site will allow you to download and expense sheet that you can work on.

Visit: http://www.toolkit.cch.com/tools/fambud_m.asp

Remember, not planning is planning to fail, have a steady job before you move out and NEVER move in with a friend if you still want to be friends in the end... Roomies NEVER and I mean NEVER work out!!! So keep that in mind.

Good luck with everything! I hope this helps!
