What a question, well yes do the running, see how you go,
give 90% to charity after the fact.......Form a better party if
you have not won.........

You are accountable for the campaign funds that you receive and must make a report to the concerned government agency. Thus, you cannot keep the leftovers.

I think the in-house committee on spending, or equivalent, should have a vote on its uses, taking into account what it was allotted for and what the members of the party feel about it.

No, it is usually given to other, like-minded candidates. Anyway it has to be used for political campaign purposes.

Of course you can hire your relatives and pay them a salary for political stuff.
