Child support, tax liens, and student loans are forever. If you haven't established paternity, it will take a while longer, but the clock usually starts ticking from time that you file the petition for child support. The longer it takes to establish paternity, the bigger the arrears when the child support order is established. Noncustodial parents can be liable for child support, even after the children are grown, if they have an arrears (overdue payments) that they need to pay.

You can try but there will always be a way child support will catch up with you unless you go to a different country and start a whole new life. But for all that work you might as well pay child support and be a real parent.

You can ignore all the letters you like ..but in the end the child support agency will fuuuuck them seven ways fronm Sunday.

the child support agencies are largely made up from the scum who cant get real jobs and make their living as parasites of the government. they relish their jobs as they can live out there fantasies in complete anonimity and be the most despicable priiicks in the work force.

that is why the child support agencies of this world are staffed by the biggest collection of ugly, stupid and geekiest losers your could ever find in one workplace.

Anyone who was bullied at school or picked on for being different has a job at the Child Support Agency.

That is their main recruitment area.

Stand up for yourself. Threaten court action and have your lawyer contact him. File a complaint against him regarding not paying and even look into Social Services and criminal charges if it continues. It is wrong for a man to avoid paying child support and alimony. Don't make it easy on him. If you solve this now, he can continue to see the kids, which is the best thing.

Parents cannot run away from child support because they can be tried for neglect and violation of law.

The bars of Asia and Latin America are full of deadbeat dads who absconded after that first letter and before their driving licenses and passports were revoked.

My ex has not ever paid it. He was ordered to by the court, but it didn't happen and yeah, he ignored to the fullest, I just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore so I let it go. But to answer your question, yeah they can, he did.

Guess what ladies, I know men waiting for their women to pay child support too; it goes both ways.

Eventually we men will have equal rights when it comes to children.
