I got used to taking alchohol and would like to get rid of it .. Is it possible to do . If so can you please methods , ways that I can follow.. Serious answers please...

congrats! you just took the first step! You admitted that it is an issue. The next thing you could do is one of the following:

ask your local pastor for help

See if your HMO or workplace offers programs

or

go to AA

Might I also suggest to tell a friend and ask if it ok to call them when you have the urge to drink so they can talk you out of it..

I would also suggest finding a hobby to take up time to keep your mind occupied..

Visit a therapy group such as Alcoholics Anonymous. It's easier when you have the help of others. It also depends on how dependent you are on it. You can possibly witness withdrawal symptoms.
Yes, anything is possible, when one has a strong desire of accomplishment. Best of luck in your desire to break a negative habit.

If you are an alcoholic, then you should quit gradually, not all at once. Just drink less and less each day until you drink no more. You can also contact Alcoholic's Anonymous for help. Good Luck.
