I am directed to pour few drops of toner on a cotton pad and wipe thouroughly over face and neck.
So should i leave it on my skin for the rest of the day or wash it off with water?

Use it after you use a facial cleanser and leave it on-it will evaporate on it's own. Then use moisturizer.

i leave the toner to set on my face and dun wash it off.

skin toner would be just like skin astringent. You put it lightly on your skin and leave your skin alone after application.

No you will just leave it on .. dont wash it will defeat the purpose!!!

no, you leave it there. It evaporates.
