I had a Lexmark printer a long time ago and I vaguely remember you could right click the printer icon, then open the Lexmark Solution Center. Somewheres within the Solution Center was a way to change the fonts from within the printer because not every printed document is generated by a word processing program. There's also a Help link within the Solution Center. If you search for fonts or font size I'm pretty sure it'll let you know if it can be changed.

The font size is determined by the application driving the printer. The printer just spits out dots where the application tells it to.

I have the same one. You have to change the font in Word or whatever program before you go to print. That's what I do anyway. Not much help, sorry.
