i have a geforce mx 4000 and i want to unlock the pipelines before i buy a new card.the slot type is PCI.how much better is the GeForce FX 5200 than the geforce mx 4000?but lets get back to it.how to unlock the extra pipelines of the mx 4000 with a software?can it be done?

i don't want to OC my card any more i have it 200mhz core speed OCed and RAM 150mhz OCed and is stable.i got a good card for OCing.

well you may need nvidia drivers and about the fx5200 it 128mb double the mx 4000 and it have better speed but if you have much money buy better than fx5200 because i have one and its not so good for new games (that if u are buying it for games).

IF you mean overclock the card, there are utilities that can do this, but be warned, the card will heat up, and not sure if the mx4000 has a heatsink or a fan. You would have to add a fan for overclocking.

There is no software available to unlock 3D pipelines, it's a feature that is embedded in the 3D Hardware itself. You would need to upgrade your card.
