Find out about faculties......and join the institute where faculties are good and helpful to students...for this you have to talk to Ex students of both the institutes..

you can join in any college..both are of equal standards....as they are of equal standards..,you join in any college...after joining ...then give the work to the brain...sothat finally you achieve success.....
