I agree with the others that you should try out
"Ouran High School Host Club" I"m right now reading it myself (I just watched the anime) it's a romantic comedy kind of idea.
"Full Moon wo Sagashite" or also known as Searching for the Full Moon, is another good one, in my opinion.
"Marmalade Boy" -- a cute romantic taking place in eight volumes which can be found online at http://www.mangvolume.com
"Aishiteruze Baby"-- a school-based romantic about a guy who plays around with girls too much, who ends up being in charge of caring for a girl (About five years old) whose mother has suddenly disappeared/ran away.
"Beauty is the Beast" at http://www.mangarun.com
"Hot Gimmick"-- A story about love between childhood enemies and a model. You can find this one at either http://www.mangavolume.com or http://www.mangarun.com

For a more of a sci-fi twist, you can read:

"Gokinjo Monogatari " has amazing characters and story that will keep you at the edge of your seat, anything by Ai Yazawa is good in my book ( the same author of paradise kiss) anyways if you are looking for something "Sweet and romantic" then Gokinjo Monogatari, is your kind of manga, i think its translation is "Neighborhood story".
