Bioinformatics is the application of computer technology to biological data. It is most often applied to DNA sequence data, particularly at the genome (complete DNA sequence of entire species) level. It can also be applied to gene expresssion, proteomics, metabalomics and many other biology fields.
Bioinformatics is very useful in the field of microbiology for all of these reasons. Because microbes typically have smaller genomes, there are more microbial genomes completely sequenced than in higher organisms.

must be, merely relies upon on what you're reading or digging up at a definite time. there are a number of question that are raised in the time of digs that microbiologists could desire to be consulted to get solutions, merely like many scientists could desire to be consulted observing the questions that are dug up. archeologists are knowledgeable to dig up questions, rather in books or in the soil, and locate the right technological understanding to respond to it.
