I like country girls! I like girls who have the same values as I do, and I don't believe that you could find this in a city girl. I like a girl who isn't afraid to just be herself. City girls always seem to be the kind of person they think everyone else wants them to be. Country girls always seem to know who they are and not afraid to show it. There is just something about a country girl that is comforting. This is just what I like. Besides someone who knows how to ride is always a plus in my book!

My husband was definitely a city boy even though he was in the military when we met. He said he became attracted to me almost immediately when we met. I am what most guys would consider a country girl. My husband tends to pick on me at times about the way I say certain words or whatever, but I do the same with him. He said I am very laid back and easy going and fun to be around. He said he doesn't like most city girls because they tend to be more high-maintenance. I don't dress to impress anyone. I wear what I think fits me best and what I am comfortable in. That is how I was raised. Anyways, about your question, I think that it depends on where the guy came from and where he is living. I don't think a guy living in New York city would want to marry a girl who was from Louisiana or Texas or a place like that. He would probably think she was a redneck or something, that is just how people in New York and places like that are raised to believe. (by the way, for the people living in Texas and Louisiana, I am from Louisiana....I am not knocking anyone living there, I was just saying that people from more northern states think we are rednecks, which most of us are not).

Odd, but good question. I don't really think it matters to a guy if you were "country" or "city" born or raised. If you are attracted to each other, that's it, and I don't believe the "where one was raised" even comes into his thoughts. Now if you are really into things like 4-H Clubs and he isn't, that could become a problem. If the only "horses" he's interested in are the ones under the hood of his car, not the riding stable type, it could create differences, but maybe not major problems. I wouldn't allow this thinking to become important in the least. If you like "country music", and he's into another type, again, talk it over once you know each other better, and reason it out, and possibly make adjustments with each others like and dislikes.

Ok, let me stop you here.
I never understood why those f**king country idiots think they're better than everyone just because they're little sluts and talk in improper grammar. Oh and the "working on the farm thing"? Wow, micheir. You don't know how hard most city people have to work because your too afraid to step outside your trashy little bubble. I've actually lived in both worlds and I've noticed how country people are idiot compared to the city ones, and don't except people for who they are. The only girls they like are the little country whores who act like they are better than everyone and talk in an annoying accent. City girls are about 100x more independent than country girls, have a lot more class, and aren't sluts who think they're better. Their minds are more open and they don't judge someone. I've noticed that country girls tend to be the more girly ones, while city girls care about their grades and school- country boys don't even have open minds and only cars about sex.

It depends on the girl.
I would think that a man would love a country girl who moves to the city for her career. That's the best of both worlds.

The beach boys sang songs that depicted wonderful things about both country and city girls... I would just concede the argument and say that ---Okay--- both country and city girls have it going on. Be the better person and end the argument!

Country girls are best! I find they tend to be sweeter, kinder and more down to earth. Curvy, full figured country girls are even better yet!
