There's thinking your team is the best and being arrogant. OSU fans have been straight up jerks from the begining of the season.

Tressel blew the game. The Buckeyes have an offensive line that averages 300lbs-310lbs against a defensive line that averages 275lbs-280lbs. Why the hell did Antonio Pittman only run the ball 9 times??? You neutralize speed by running right at it. When you pass the ball, you speed the game up against a team that has more speed. I can't figure it out.
Everyone knows that the SEC is noted for teams with great team speed and BIG teams are bigger and more physical. Florida is not a better team than Ohio State, but Tennessee is a better team than Penn State and Arkansas is a better team than Wisconsin but Penn State and Wisconsin won because they played BIG10 style football and exploited the size advantage up front. They ran the ball down their throats and beat up a faster, but smaller and less physical defense.
In short, Tressel coached a horrible game. It wasn't the layoff, it wasn't losing Ginn, all these things are excuses. Regardless of the sorry a job Tressel did in coaching this game, even thats an excuse (even though its true). We got beat by a team that wanted it more. Bottom Line. Congrats Florida fans.

Fans are always sore about their team losing. Hardcore fans always think their team is the best even if it's quite the opposite. Would UF fans do the same thing if the score was reversed? probably. Thats just the way it works. They want their team to win, they think they are the best, no matter what.
I am a fan of college football. I don't really have a true favorite team. I just enjoy watching teams play. Most of the time I just pull for whoever the underdog is or if a team has a spectacular player.

what do you want to hear? Yes, you kicked our sorry asses. We didn't show up to play. Our offensive line was kidnapped by ninjas and replaced with 4-year-old girls who ran in terror from the Gators' might. Seriously, though, you deserved to win and we didn't. Happy now?
Oh, and yeah, as an OSU student I perhaps shouldn't be saying this...but when have we not been jerks? I'm not proud of it, but it's true...my peers have always been jerks to our opponents. Columbus is the burning car capital of the world. It's not good, but everyone should be used to it by now.

MAN are they sore losers!! BIG TIME!! Please Buckeye fans GET OVER IT!
Your team had a great season, but tonight was just not your night. STOP making excuses about the long down time and Ginn getting hurt (by his own teamates mobbing him after his TD run). Florida came out ready to play and Excuted a GREAT game plan. OSU did not.
Its not the end of the world. All of you OSU fans need to shut up and GET OVER IT!!

Is the loser of any game like that any different? And can you blame them for being arrogant? The BCS was telling them they were the best. Their record until then told them they were the best. The fact that most if not all OSU games make it onto ESPN for national television and that they have one of the longest and most decorated histories in college football, how can they not feel arrogant?
Was the arrogance their downfall? Could have been, but I think it was just poor playing and not being able to make plays under that kind of pressure.
They may have been arrogant, but winners who chide the losers are no better than arrogant would-be winners.

NO, I am not a sore loser. I loved the BUCKEYES before the game and I love them now. We lost and that is that. Congratulations to the Gators.

the ones who came on line (except for one or two) have been rather decent about the loss,, and to rub the win in their face over and over makes us like them..
now maybe they believe the fact that Florida was built on speed. and the SEC was a tougher conference this past year!

ohh yeahh you don't hear a peep outta buckeye nation. im not a buckeye fan but i was rooting for them to kick florida's ***. the buckeyes are simply the better team. coungratulations to florida on winning their second title in LIKE FOREVER.
