As you want to 'propose' to her, it seems that you love her, and so you keep looking at her when she is around during your play. It is possible that she is interested in your game and not in you as a person.
Try to make friends with her by asking her about the game you play, get to know her true intention in being present when you play. From there, you can proceed to other matters. Unless you know what is in her mind about you, there is no point in proposing to her. Maybe all that she wants is your friendship, and nothing more.

Why don't you ask this girl why she is staring you when you are playing is there any mistake you are making or something else, if she blushes think she is in love with you if she reply something regarding your game just ignore her as a fan. Just don't propose her till this clarification otherwise you'll make a big fool of yourself !

Why you would do that, you don't even know her enough to know if she likes you are not. If you really want to get down to the bottom of this, you should go to her and asks her if she needs something because you've noticed that she's staring at you and you think she may be a little shy. Let her know that she should't have to be afraid to talk to you and that staring is rude. If you don't like her like that and you know she has no buisness liking you like that it may be in your best intrest to ignore her.

why do u notice. mostly if you think someone likes you, means you want that person to like you. u r in love and if u r sure that u r not then ignore her
