Well it realy depends on your age here is a link to appropreate rates per age, also at 4 weeks pregnant your heart beat should only have ever so lipghtly incraesed if at all.

To be honest I am not sure although I know that being pregnant causes a woman's pulse to increase. I am 31 weeks and I can tell my pulse rate is higher than when I wasn't pregnant.

Should be in the 70's to low 80's.
