if she's an adult, go to your computer and choose find own place. If she's a teenager, you can send her to college. If she's neither, either kill the dad, or wait til she grows up.

I reckon that you should find yourself a job first. As you get promotions, you'll be able to move from places to places.

If you're an adult use the computer or newspaper and select the choice "find own place".

i believe there's two options...use the paper or the computer and a find your own place. haven't played it but twice though.
