Maybe it is perception but they seem to be fighting more. Is it because of an increase in female heroines like tomb raider and resident evil?

Your precept ion is skewed. The increase in female violence is mostly myth, not supported by the hard numbers. There has been a slight increase, but compared to male violence it is a drop in the statistical bucket. Only the delusional, like " Happy Bullet " ( what a moniker! ) think otherwise. 93% of all prisoners in this country are men and the proportion of violent men prisoners far outstrips the proportion of female violent offenders. 7% female to about 30 to 40 % male. ( depending on level of commitment and potential for institutional violence )

It is saying, "girls should be come and quite in nature". Most of the cases it is like that the girls are blessings in a family, to a parents, girls make the family beautiful fortheir soothing behaviours all the time and also loved by parents.

Young women is violent, it is not a common in nature, perhaps, you may have few. Practically, it depends on the parents, educational background of parents, how they are socially, bondadage between the parents, bondage between family, everything of a social life. If a baby girl used to see violence in her family by their parents then it might be possible. If the bady girl from her young ages used to see the parents are very loving parents and having lovely relation between them and her society, she is living in, is fine and nice harmony, I do not agree there are reasons that the young girl to be violent.

"There is a lot of talk in the media about how "girls are getting more violent" and how girls are behaving more like "boys". It is based on an assumption that rates of violence perpetuated by girls and young women are increasing. However, young women commit only 3.83% of violent crimes and that number hasn't gone up significantly from the past. What has changed is media coverage of crimes involving young women, which creates a perception that young women are committing more violent crimes. Additionally, as a result of "zero tolerance" policies and media misrepresentation, behaviours that were not criminalized in the past are now under scrutiny of authorities and the legal system. In other words, "increases" violence can be due to a change in charging behaviour within the legal system and institutions like schools, as opposed to changes in the actual behaviour of girls and young women (Elizabeth Fry Society, Labelling Young Women as Violent: Vilification of the Most Vulnerable"

It stems from a disfunctional homelife. I have issues with anger caused from growing up with a verbally abusive father. I am also very verbally abusive to people. My mother was not a verbally abusive person, and I had a better relationship with my mother, yet took on traits from my father that I hated. I guess I am angry because I do not want to be a victim. I would venture to say that other angry women also feel like they need to keep that anger alive as some sort of protection against being hurt. What alot of us dont realize is that we ARE victims, otherwise we would not need to put up those barriers and carry on those abusive traits.

It could be a little of that. But I think it is because of all the pressure that is put on women today, to look a certain way, be a certain way, etc. and how some men treat women so badly. How women are in competition with one another so much also.

I think it has more to do with the regrettable trend over the past few decades of blurring the distinctions between sexes, such that we're becoming more androgynous in our thought processes- feminizing the men and masculinizing the women. God didn’t make male and female interchangeable, and I think what you’re seeing is a symptom of mankind’s rebelling against that.

Maybe its something in the food. I think in American meat is waay more hormones than in European one. Seriously I went to Alabama as an exchange student. When I worked out there I grew so fast it was as if I was on roids or something. Some of the girls look unusual mannish too, typically those who eat meat regularly, so yeah maybe they get a good shot of male hormones with their diet and thats why you have so many tomboys there.

Today we live in such a confrontational society that I personally believe the behaviour of both men and women is changing drastically. We see aggressiveness in our young people today not only our teenagers but our pre-school children as well.

I believe women are becoming more violent because they want to show that they are not weak anymore. They are equal to men and can rebel against them if the guys mess up. Back in the day women, of course, didn't have much say, now, they do!!!

The media absolutely has a lot to do with it. Unfortunately, most people find their idols on TV, movies, etc. It's very common now to see a woman firing off a machine gun or flying a gunship. The fat cats love this because it gives them more poor people that are willing to go fight their wars for them.
