There will be an icon up top that is just an A or you can right click on your mouse, both of which will display Word Art from there you can choose through visual examples.

If you want to add excitement to a title, watermark, or other text in your Microsoft Word document, use WordArt. WordArt enables text effects such as arch your headings, skewing, shadowing, rotating, and stretching in a variety of shapes and colors. You can even include three-dimensional effects.

Easy to access and easy to add
To add WordArt, first display the Drawing toolbar by clicking Toolbars on the View menu and then clicking Drawing. On the Drawing toolbar, click the Insert WordArt button.

Word displays a visually rich preview window where you can view the 30 built-in WordArt effects and choose the one you want to use.

For detailed information about how to add WordArt, look up add WordArt or add text effects in Word Help

Select the text then open Word Art and select a theme from here >> Then in WordART toolbar you will see a button with name "Word Art Shape" Select Arc shape form here.

For word art tool bar.. go to Insert>>Word Art>> this will open the tool bar.

you have to create word art. if you have the drawing tool bar open then this is what you do: click on the 'A' that says word art. decide what style you want then click on it. next type in your heading. decide on what font and size you want. click ok. you can move the art around the page just like you would if you inserted a picture. hope this helps.

go into "word art"...
the icon for this should be on your word tool bar...it is a blue letter A that is slightly slanted.
click on the icon, click on the format you want, and type your title..it's that easy.

if you cant find the word art icon, just click on 'help' at the top of the screen and search for "add word art"

good luck on finishing your paper!

You can insert decorative text by using Insert WordArt on the Drawing toolbar. You can create shadowed, skewed, rotated, and stretched text, as well as text that has been fitted to predefined shapes

You'l have to inset "WordArt" into your document--on the main menu bar select INSERT then PICTURE and then WORDART in the pulldown menu. Select the WordArt object you like and then RIGHT CLICK on it to open the FORMAT menu.

Have fun!
