Since you call this woman your co-worker, I guess you two never considered friendship before jumping straight to the sex. She probably wants more than sex from you now, but she figures the only way to keep your attention is to keep making the booty calls. Since you work together (and she's obviously confused about how to interact with you), it's probably very awkward for her. It's like she has a crush on you...but you got the goods already...so now what?
If you just want sex, you should probably leave this person alone, but your curiosity about her behavior seems to indicate that you're actually concerned about more than sex.

She feels as though because you two work together and have shared the same bed on a couple of occaisions that it will be impolite or whorish to tell you that she has someone else. Although you two never made any promises she feels obligated. But hey at least feel good that she has that much respect for you that she cares what you think. "Man some guys have all the luck," I personally have been unable to achieve that so hats off to you my friend.

I know its to late now but in the future never have sex with a co-worker,It never works. My old boss married his secretary and they spent the whole day together and then go home together.
She finally got a different job.
The truth is.....
You had sex only a few times for a reason, you're not what she's looking for.
Move on and act like it never happened.

Either she's a flake or you're too accessible. Or perhaps it got weird and she doesn't want people to find out. Either way, don't always try to talk to her anytime you can. You don't want to smother her. Talk to the other birds and see what she does. If she gets jealous, you're home free. You can call the shots. If she doesn't care then it was just a fling and she's over you. Always be cordial with her and try to stay friends (you have to work with her mind you). That's how you play it "SMOOVE." Good luck!

who knows and who cares? it might not have anything to do with you at all. but if she is acting this way then it should tell you that she really doesn't want to see you again- for whatever reason. if you weren't emotionally involved then just forget about it..and her. and since she is a co-worker and you may run into her in the work place, then just don't bring anything up, just as if nothing ever happened, but if she tries to get cozy again I would just politely tell her that you have other obligations

Basically she is filling the man's role in this situation and acting like a male pig that hits it and quits it.
