Actully there is no term for accusing the President of a crime. it is the same for you or I. the work Impeach is in the constitution and is reserved for the actual trail of the Executive officer. You can accuse the Pesident all day of every crime in the books but he or she will not be impeached until congress holds formal hearings and takes a majority vote to acually proceed with the trail, wich then is presided over by the chief justice of the supreme court. If you are looking for a good word for accusing someone of a crime I recomend a thesaurus.
