Sunfire, he was from Japan. He was a mutant of fire, reappeared in the video game X MEN II. Lady dhaeth Strike, she was half Cinese.

Sunfire-Japanese mutant with fire based powers, first fought X-men then became an ally. Silver Samurai-Japanese villain that has fought X-men, Xavier, Wolverine, Iron Man amongst others. Jubilee from the X-Men is Asian. Karma from New Mutants-she's Vietnamese. I could be wrong, but I think Psylocke from the X-men was part Asian, part British. The Madarin, one of Iron Man's main villains, is Asian. I know there are some more, but these are the ones that come to my mind. While I am not Asian, I have often wondered why there aren't more Asian characters, esp. Superheroes. (not Anime or Manga-ugh)

There are several, but none are major characters.
Karma, Xi’an Coy Mahn of the New Mutants. Vietnamese.
Lady Deathstrike , Yuriko, Japanese.
The Collective Man, (Han, Chang, Lin, Sun and Ho Tao-Yu.) Chinese.
Only marginally a hero by American standards, since he exemplifies the totalitarian view of Beijing.
The Mandarin. (Iron Man’s old enemy.)
Sunfire, Shiro Yoshida, Japanese.

I think Jubilee from the X-men is half Asian. Lady Deathstrike is Asian if you're looking for baddies too.

Actually sunfire is the "official" superhero of japan in marvel comics, like america's captain america.

sunfire he joined the new x-men then quit. he joined in giant size x-men #1 but he also appeared in the original series. he had his own mini series with a team of Japanese heroes. he lost his legs and became a horsemen of apocalypse.
