Does anybody Like Michael Vick?

Question

I want to know if anybody out there Likes Vick. Every time I look at Questions about the Falcons people keep putting down Vick.

He's only one person & personally I think it was more of the Coaching that was the Problem... What do you think?

I think he had a lot of good balls dropped. Coaching was perhaps a bit of the problem, but you guys have used a lot of high draft choices to get people who run down the field and do nothing.

I do like Vick but I'm a Broncos fan and don't concentrate on the NFC South that much. I enjoy Vick for his highlights and athletic ability. I'm sure if I was a Falcons fan I might feel a bit differently. I actually had Vick in a fantasy league where I came in second place, most people warned me that I'd hate Vick and it wasn't so much the case. I do agree that he could be much more consistent and he needs to continue developing his passing game but I do think he is a rare talent and should not get all the bad press he gets. Maybe it has to do with his media persona not being the best and all the Ron Mexico business but it really doesn't have to do with how he plays. Vick is not the reason the Falcons have not been to the Suepr Bowl lately. I'm not sure its coaching either. Atlanta doesn't have any great WRs to help Vick out.

I like Vick alot despite other people say. He needs a better coach and some good recievers to develop to his full potential. His running abilty is a great asset but he needs to rely on his arm too. He has one of the strongest arms in the league and needs some good recievers to help him out.

I think he is extremely talented. All teams want a player who can throw the ball but also change things up by running. He has a liess likelyhood of being taken down because he has more than 1 option to get rid of the ball. I think he's awesome.

i do. i always have. it's been rough for him for the past few seasons. maybe the falcons aren't for him and he might end up being better on another team. i would start him again this year though. new coach and all.

Vick is tight. He just needs a good offensive scheme to compliment his skills. We'll see what happens with him and Petrino.

i think most people dislike him because he usually runs than pass, i would agree, but before in hs he was a running back, why not make the switch now? as a qb hes alright but qb is for passing not running around like a mad man getting yards, i would just be a running back if you cant even pass the ball

I don't know, hes so hard to figure out, he probly has a little bad side to him, like his brother, that stop him from being a Great throwing QB. I think its probly something like he doesnt like being criticized by people, and its hard to be successful when u dont take criticism.
