If you have no children, your income needs to be less then $12120.00
If you have one child your income needs to be less than $32,001.00
If you have 2 children your income needs to be less than $36,348.00
Even if you earned less than $10,000.00 You may get a return.
There's a free tax prep site if you are trying for earned income credit that is good if your income was less than $50,000.00 and you don't itemize your deductions.
