Is there a minimum amount a person has to earn in a year to be eleigible for a earned income credit?

If you have no children, your income needs to be less then $12120.00
If you have one child your income needs to be less than $32,001.00
If you have 2 children your income needs to be less than $36,348.00
Even if you earned less than $10,000.00 You may get a return.
