Be morbidly overweight (and never be able to lose the weight), have one arm, ugly, or blind and why? This is a serious question. Please seem to have a general bias towards overweight people and I'd like to know what people would honestly prefer and why?

If i was overweight I think the world would be harder for me in so many ways because it would be harder to find clothing, harder to sit in airplane seats, and I'm not sure what else, it might just feel exhausting to be overweight and never loose it.
If i had one arm I would be limited in what I could do, but I would learn to quickly do things as I would have to carry on with my life. People might look at me differently thought, cause in this world people judge too much.
To be ugly would be hard, but then again who is to say what is ugly and what is not! But it would be hard because I would be teased a lot and might not land the jobs I should be entitled to because of my skills, because they might think I do not look attractive then I would be jobless and might struggle to live my life!
If I was blind it would be hard to do things, I would not be able to look at my husband everyday, I would not be able to see anything like a sunset, or a waterfall. I would rely on my hearing, smell and touch. People could try their best to describe but sight is so important. I would learn to be independent but for sure it would not be the same.
We have to be so thankful for what we are given and be happy with who we are. People are just not happy with how they are and they always want different, but some people are less fortunate in our eyes, although I think some people are amazingly strong as they are still living with their disability and they love life more than those who have it "perfect"

Well, I guess of the options listed I would choose blind. I would absolutely hate to be morbidly overweight. One arm would be a problem in most areas. Ugly is just kind of sad because people are so judgemental. At least being blind, you would get the sympathy vote. LOL

one arm because you can always get a prosthetic arm. i am not bias towards overweight people because i have struggled up and down all my life. I'm not morbidly obese but I could stand to lose some lbs. I just think the morbid obesity would eventually kill you. I would never choose to be blind because I can't imagine what it would be like in this world without your sight. I'm not even going to touch the ugly issue.

hmm... I believe that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so I'm not sure what ugly means. I wouldn't want to be blind. I wouldn't want just one arm. "Morbidly" overweight means that I'm dying from my obesity (probably have an enlarged heart and all the stuff that comes with obesity-- diabetes, etc.) I guess I would rather be ugly because the people I love, anyhow, see beyond the physical and love me anyhow... the other situations would be either painful or debilitating. Good question.

I would rather be ugly. If you are overweight, people will treat you like you're ugly anyways, you might as well have a chance to be in good shape and have an active life. One arm ends up being a handicap, as does blindness, and even obesity.

If I was ugly, I could still be happy and healthy. If I had one arm, it would make cartain things difficult but not impossible, same as if I was blind.

But being very overweight would be worse for me, because even if I had all the ability to do what I wanted I would feel ugly, outcast, lazy, tired, and have very low self esteem.

Besides, look at "disabled" people in life, and see how positive their outlook is. Even missing body parts, these people still feel normal, maybe more so becaues they have adapted to life needs while still missing things.

Fat people simply lose belief in themselves and rarely gain it back. Obesity is a death sentence.

if i'm morbidly overweight that would be very unhealthy and it would be hard to move around.... so i'd have to say no on that. i don't want to be ugly because its hard enough finding a girlfriend. it would be terrible to be blind because I rely on vision. vision is part of my world and God willing I don't want to lose it. I'd be the dude without an arm... because it might be kinda weird but it would still be me for the most part.

id rather just be ugly as being overweight has health issues, having 1 arm you couldnt have a normal life the same as being blind. at least being ugly you can still have a normal life , even with relationships as there are other ugly people out there as well.

hmmm I would have to say have one arm. To be overweight would be one thing but to not be able to lose the weight...that would be too hard. Then, it's a known fact that a lot of things are harder for you if you are ugly, because of the world we live in. To be blind must be horrible, imagine not being able to see your children, or simple things like when someone says to you,"Did you see that!?!" well...no. That would be too awful in my eyes, no pun intended.

The question should be, Would you rather be _____ than ______?

because who the hell would want to be any one of those unless they had to decide that over something worse???

I want to be ugly, morbidly overweight with one arm and be blind... just because...
