Most likely Brady Quinn falls to the Raiders.
If they really are looking for a quarterback either Chris Leak or Troy Smith would fit into their system rather well. However, if the decide to go the other route in which they could definately use a stronger receiving corps, Calvin Johnson would be a great pick for them.

I say get a reciever, either Dwane Jarrett or Ted Ginn Jr. and give Tarvaris Jackson another year to develop. They should try to pick up a reliable veteran back-up through free agency to help Jackson out. I don't think Brooks Bollinger fits the bill.
To comment on the pass defense being bad: Look at how well our run defense played and how poorly our offense controlled the ball. If you give the other team extra chances and don't let the run the ball, they are going to pass it and eventually you are going to pick up yards in the passing game. Also, look at how many points our defense gave up. Not too many compared to how many pass yards they gave up. They played the Tampa 2 style of defense, which Defensive Coordinator Mike Tomlin is known for, to perfection. You bend, but don't break in other words, you can give up yards as long as you don't give up touchdowns.

They should draft a QB. I think if they are able to get Jamarcus Russell (Very unlikely), that they should get him, and brady quinn will probly have been chosen also, so i think they should trade up to get one of those QB's or trade down to get a better draft pick in later rounds and get Troy Smith.

They could. Brad Johnson is probably going to retire and they aren't really too good at the quarterback position right now because besides Johnson all they have are a rookie and career backup. They also have some holes on offense and their pass defense is pretty bad.
