Just ask the judge or da to drop the license charge down to an infraction. You'll just pay a fine for both, altho you may not be eligible for traffic school since you didn't hold a valid license at the time.

You knew the rules of the road when you received your learner's permit and now may have to suffer the consequences. Speeding is stupid and you got caught, and probably not the first time you were speeding nor driving without a licensed driver in the car.
It will be up to the judge when you go in for the ticket. Make sure you have a positive attitude toward authority with yes your honor, etc. Do not lie. The ticket tells the judge enough for him to prevent you from driving until you are 21.
For now and in the future, follow the rules!!! Driving is a priviledge.

They hand out permits for speeding now?? Where do I get one of those??
OK, to answer your question. You were driving without a license. The penalty will be up to the judge and the possible penalties will be spelled out in state law. There's a very good chance that you will lose your right to operate for a year or more. Losing it up to age 21 is normally reserved for MIP offenses but anything is possible.
Get an attorney to fight this one. You're going to need one!

Depends on what state you are in. Most likely you will not be able to get a provisional driver's license until you are 18. Your permit will probably be taken away and you will likely be suspended for some time until you can re-apply for your permit. You may also have to re-take any driver's education courses you have already taken or take additional courses. It is really all dependent on what state law is in your state.

Most likely you will lose your permit and lose driving privileges for awhile. As for getting an attorney, I'd say it's a waste of money. If you don't even have a license and you're already being reckless, it's probably a good idea to wait to drive. Just because you're old enough does not mean you're mature enough.

properly the regulation in Florida is You unfastened your enable until ultimately your 18. And this is a 2 hundred - 3 hundred greenback fantastic. They tow the vehicle and positioned you in protecting until ultimately your parent comes and gets you. i don't understand if this is the comparable in each state yet that's geared up which you weren't with an person that's over 21 an has a license. yet once you have an person over 21 with a license you will in simple terms get a value ticket.
