I would like one spokesman/woman to come from each religious background and try to convert me from an athiest; not being awkward, this is a genuine challenge.

I have learned that Atheism is the best way and I practice Kharma but don't neccessarily believe in Buddhist ways. I have come to relize that Organized religion brings more harm then good and not one person can be a spokeperson powerfull enough of thier faith. The best thing to do which I did was going to different churches/temples/ and mosques to find out what they are like. Religoius people to me are the biggest of hypocrates.

I do not know if I can convert you to Christianity, however I would like to tell you about a friend of mine. This is sort of his testimony. And I am only using this because it is anonymous.

My husband was working in a bar with this guy, our friend. At the time, our friend was an atheist. He despised organized religion. He stood in the middle of the street, holding a Bible, and cursed God. One week later, a fight broke out at the bar. They took the people outside, and guns were fired. Our friend was standing in the same place as he had when he cursed God, and started bleeding. He had been shot in the side of the head. He lost his sight i9n one eye, and still has a bullet in his head. But the key thing is, he's still alive. He is able to move, walk, talk, drive; you name it. To me, that was a wake up call to him. It was like God was telling him, "hey! I'm here. I will show you I am here, and it is your choice to believe or not."
I would have used my own testimony, but his is so much more dramatic. But I can tell you this. God saved my marriage and gave me my second child. A beautiful baby girl.

"God is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His light is, as it were, that of a niche containing a lamp; the lamp is [enclosed] in glass, the glass [shining] like a radiant star:[a lamp] lit from a blessed tree - an olive-tree that is neither of the east nor of the west the oil whereof [is so bright that it] would well-nigh give light [of itself] even though fire had not touched it: light upon light! God guides unto His light him that wills [to be guided]; and [to this end] God propounds parables unto men, since God [alone] has full knowledge of all things". 24:35

"Their Lord responded to them: "I never fail to reward any worker among you for any work you do, be you MALE OR FEMALE, YOU ARE EQUAL TO ONE ANOTHER........."

62. Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in God and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

"O man kind, We have created you From a male and a female, and set you up as nations and tribes so you may recognize [and cooperate with] one another.."

"When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them):I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: let them also, with a will, listen to My call, and believe in Me: that they may walk in the right way"

The only person that can convert you is yourself and your heart. Your beliefes are between you and Jesus Christ not anyone else. Whenever you're ready to accept him into your heart he'll be there to save you.

I'm not in the business of "proving" God. God does that well enough all by himself.

Well first of all God is not a religion..............He is all God and wants nothing to do with religion.....Believe that God the father sent His son Jesus to Die for you.............only believe....................to be an atheist is to be in hell before you send yourself to hell..........God never sends us to hell...we reject Jesus who died for us............so we have to die..that is hell....so receive Jesus as your savior.............
