It isn't that we can't help you solve this. It is that we won't. The purpose of trying to solve equations like this is less to get a correct answer than it is to discipline your mind to think in the abstract. How will this be accomplished if someone else does the work for you?

q(x) = { (1,3), (2,7), (3,-1), (4,0),(5,1) }
p(x) + q(x) = {(2,7),(4,8),(6,2),(8,5),(10,3)}
For the inverse reverse the coordinates of each pair.
Inverse = {(7,2),(8,4),(2,6),(5,8),(3,10)}
