you're playing on a dangerous ground for you and your son, if you were married before he was divorced the your marriage is invalid and as the catholic say if you got married under false pretence and you can prove it, you definitely have the right for your marriage to be annulled...
Now these days it's easier and affordable to divorce, one way which is stress free look for a lawyer ask for a instant divorce, this divorce can not be contested by the opposing party and it cost around $300 depending on the state law...
Because of his behaviour, he sounds unstable so l edge you take your son ask for legal separation, till all is resolved....think about yourself and your son.

Call a lawyer immediately. Try to find a female lawyer that works with abuse & divorce. In Vegas that shoulddn't be hard. You can call 1-800-PASSAGES. They can give you more information on where to go from here.
You need to remove yourself and your SON ASAP. Worry about his safety first and foremost.

Good luck and be safe.

As a survivor of both mental & physical abuse, I encourage you to seek help. Mental abuse can often be more harmful than physical. Bruises go away. Mental anguish takes a long time to heal. Do not let your son be subject to that. Break the cycle now!

The link below is for Las Vegas domestic violence help. Please call them at 702-646-4981. Their phone is answered 24 hours.

If you need to talk, feel free to reply & let me know how I can reach you. Give yourself & your son the gift you deserve - to be abuse free!

You've got two things going for you. The first being that you have a kid. That will help you get some kind of assistance. And he's married to two different people. You're not married. He's a jerk to you. Show him what his concenquences are for being so mean and take him to court.

Save your money and get cheap lawyer to begin process, doesn't matter if husband wants divorce or not. If you want one, go get it, he cannot stop you. However, you may need to vacate the premises in a hurry, so have a plan to go somewhere he cant find you for a few days.

If he is holding you back against your will, then you need to call 911. If he is abusive to you, you need to get out for the safety of your son. Go to the nearest women's shelter, or call a friend or relative.

Get a great big boyfriend and make sure he sees you with him and when he gets mad sick your boyfriend on him after awhile he will want to get rid of you. If that don't work get an attorney from legal services at the court house.Or just keep running home to mom.
