Fella, 50 years every single state criminal code in the United States had a law against "sodomy." And the American Psychiatrist's Association said that homosexuality is a mental illness. So what makes you think that Republicans are the only ones who hate/despise gays and lesbians? Fourteen years ago, when Democrats last had a majority of both chambers of Congress, and a Democrat was in the White House, that party couldn't even muster up enough votes to pass a bill that would lift the ban on gays in the military. And a few years after that, 2/3s of the Democrats in Congress voted with the Republicans to pass the Defense of Marriage Act. So I ask again, what makes you think that Democrats like gays and lesbians more than Republicans?

Lesbians are not born, they make those choices. They have that right to make that choice, but they do not have the right to turn the whole upside down because of it. It is just common sense not hate.

That's is the most ridiculous question I ever heard. God didn't give Dick Cheney a lesbian daughter, she chose to have that lifestyle! She wasn't born like that. People who say that they are born like that, are wrong. They chose to be like that.

Republicans or conservatives don't hate gays. Ignorant people hate gays. Sometimes these people are Republican or conservative. It goes for liberals or Democrats, too. There are ignorant, hateful people on both sides. Please. Broad generalizations make you fool, not just your misspelling of despise, hate, and lesbian.
