Currently i am talking at 50 paise/min (STD mobile to mobile) that too only airtel to airtel. I am staying in pune and often make long calls to a mobile no in Andhra Pradesh. I want to know is there any offer from any network through which i can make STD(mobile to mobile) calls at a lesser rate than i am making now.

Yes there is a way to do it but u have to change from airtel to reliance. in Rim prepaid there is a card for Rs. 1100/- which will give u a talk-time of Rs.750/- and if u will make STD to any Rim mobile in India it will cost u just 40 paise and to other mobiles 1/- per min.

Yes there is offer in Airtel/Hutch/Idea.Recharge with 49/-Rs and enjoy calling any mobile in Andhra Pradesh for 0.49 paise per min.

Sorry my dear Friend no one offers at the traffice what you are talking about, As i know the lowest in One rupee plan in post paid, this is available in Reliance and BSNL and Hutch, you will be charged one rupee for one minute calls made across India.
I'm not sure about Hutch, I think they have the plan but you try some hutch Shoppee

The best way is you keep on talking in mobiles to mobiles for hours and dont pay the bill and take out connection and take another sim.

Well dunno if u get tata indicom network over there, but there is a solution, buy two tata handsets, both post paid, get one on the bill plan that makes all tata to tata calls free, in local circle. and on the other just get the scheme that gives you free incoming even while in roaming. so technically the phone that is in A.P. if its this free incoming while roaming phone, and if your outgoing phone is free to tata, or even if u go for a lower plan like 50 p or so, your calling is effectively unlimited for a fixed monthly charge, or at 50p per min, whichever you prefer, but i dunno if tata indicom has network over there. Also do check in reliance if they have any such plans, because reliance is bound to be there.

No. you can't make STD calls @ less than one rupee. Rs. 1/min is the cheapest plan u can get.
